These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flash Kanji platform, including web, mobile, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Services. By using Flash Kanji you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your details as needed.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flashkanji.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the Services or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting or impairing the platform, scraping content without permission, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms or harms other users.

Flash Kanji content, including text, graphics, quizzes, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial study.

User-generated content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the Services.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. By submitting payment information you authorize us to charge any applicable fees.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Paid fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Services. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific results from using Flash Kanji.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flash Kanji and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Flash Kanji operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in courts located within that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
